Spoofing Question
Hello Everyone!

Our IT people are unable to figure out a permanent solution to
spoofing. We have Blackboard and Moodle hosted with vendors. Since
installing 2007 and having the spoofing filter on, we are unable to
ensure those emails are delivered to our email systems.

Is there a solution which I could give them. I am the E-Learning
Specialist here, but I am by no means able to figure out the solution
to this problem. I sure hope you can help or lead me in the right
direction. This problem is stopping our student and faculty email from
delivering when sent through Moodle or Blackboard.

Thanks,
Jessica

Re: Spoofing Question
Are you receiving any NDR back? Is this enabled on Edge Server or Hub?

Re: Spoofing Question
Hello John,

Thank you for your response! I am receiving No Delivery Receipts (I
assume that is what you mean by NDR). Also, the anti-spoofing feature
is enabled on an edge server.

Thanks,
Jessica
