Greetings. I had been trying to setup GFi MailArchiver for Exchange for 3 Exchange servers. It uses IMAP to retrieve mail from Journal mailboxes on these servers I do not have problem with the servers except 1. i tried troubleshooting it and found that the most likely issue is with the IMAP on the Exchange server. Here is what I found: I setup Outlook Express to retrieve email from the server and found that it will only be able to retreive up to 100 or some email headers before the count reset and start all over again. is this normal? Also, I looked in the properties of the virtual server and found that the only difference between the server with the issue and the other 2 is that in the Access tab --> Authentication --> Edit (Simple Authentication, Security Layer, the SASL Mechanism - NTLM is listed on the 2 servers that are working but not on the server with issue. Could this be the cause of the problem? Lastly, is there anyway I can remove and reinstall the IMAP protocol? Any comment/suggestion is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
