How to tell if all the public folders have moved in Exchange 2007?
I have been following the instructions in on decommissioning the first
Exchange 2007 server (How to Remove the First Exchange 2007 Server in a
Coexistence Scenario -
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb310767(EXCHG.80).aspx). I got
to the section where it says "Verify that all replicas have moved to the
public folder database on the second Exchange 2007 server by using the
Get-PublicFolderStatistics cmdlet. For more information, see
Get-PublicFolderStatistics.". We have tons of public folders so when you run
the you run the command, "Get-PublicFolderStatistics -Server "My OLD SERVER"
| Format-List" I got tons and tons and tons of data. This morning when IO
ran it against the old server, nothing comes back and when I run it against
the new sever, I get a ton of data. Is there any way to make sure its all
transferred or can I safely assume that because nothing came back when I ran
it against the old computer, its all moved over?

Thanks!

Arch
