Having a 5 user license, I have trouble connecting to the exchange server by mobile. I am trying to set up a new device but cannot get it to work. The error message that I receive on the Palm is: "There was a problem syncing messages. The server did not let you make a connection. Check the network security settings and try again". In Details it says: "AirSAMStateMachine.c2214 6 HTTP/1.1 403 Request Forbidden Date: Thu, 21 Feb 2008 16:50 GMT Server: Microsoft-IIS/6.0/X-Powered-By:" If I try 3 other current users in the new phone, they all synchronise successfully. If I try 2 other users who have never had a device in the past, the server refuses them a connection. Is there a limit on the number of ActiveSync users that the Exchange Server can manage? thank you, -- Rufuz
