Outlook Full Client vs. OWC: Junk E-Mail Filter
While in the office and using the Full Version of Outlook, the settings in
the Junk E-Mail Filter work great. However, when checking e-mail from home
via the OWC, the Junk E-Mail Filter does not catch the spam and all of the
junk mail is sent to the inbox as if there was no Junk E-Mail Filter.

Is there a way to have the OWC use the same settings as the Outlook full
client at the office?

Also, there are several remote users who log onto out termianl server and
Outlook is the Online client. Again, the Junk E-Mail settings do not work
while in Online mode, is there a fix to this?

In OWA, have you enabled the option to "Filter Junk E-mail"?

Knowing your version(s) of Exchange and Outlook would help more...

Re: Outlook Full Client vs. OWC: Junk E-Mail Filter
Yes, the Junk Filter is enabled in the OWC.

We are running SBS 2003 on a box and we are running Terminal Services on a
seperate Windows 2003 R2 box.

We have 12 folks that log in remotely to the RWW then connect to the
Terminal Server to work. We have Outlook 2003 installed and each user has an
Outlook client but it is only the 'Online' client. Each person has the filter
set to 'high' but nothing is sent to the Junk E-Mail Folder.

Re: Outlook Full Client vs. OWC: Junk E-Mail Filter
How do you have IMF configured on the SBS server?
