Exchange 2003 and Outlook
Hi,

What ports do I need to open on the firewall on my exchange server to allow
my outlook clients to connect?

We have a LAN with our Exchange Server acting as Domain controller. We are
running outlook 2007 and Exchange 2003. When I enable the firewall on the
Exchange server our Outlook Clients can't connect.

Thanks

Re: Exchange 2003 and Outlook
Why are you enabling a firewall on your Exchange Server and for that matter
your DC? Place a Firewall at the perimeter of your network and open the
necessary ports for Exchange, typically 25 and 443.
