Exchange 2003 - Default SMTP - Current Users   
I am getting a ton of Current Sessions showing up.  I have tested and checked 
everything for relay and cannot find anything in the inside.  What are these 
sessions and how can I stop them from connecting?

Hi,

They are probably spammers sending spam mails to your users:

Not much you can do except configuring the server with as much antispam 
configuration as possible:
