Exchange 2007 problem sending mail to my ISP. All others work.   

I have got exchange 2007 SP1 running. Email is coming in and is going out.
Except one thing, when i try to send an email to someone with the same ISP 
as me (chello) the mil doesn't arrive. I don't use a smarthost, port 25 does 
not seem to be blocked.

My emailprovider is chello, when i send mail to someone @microsoft.nl it 
arrives.
When i send to someone @chello.nl i get a NDR.
