exceeded the maximum of 32 objects of type "session" ...?
Hi All,

Our users are accessing our Exchange 2003 Enterprise using LAN and WLAN, and
after swhitching between those connections (docking and undocking) the users
are disconnected from their MAPI clients (primarily Outlook 2007, we don't
see the same problem for users using Outlook 2003), and on our Exchange this
is recorded in Application log:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSExchangeIS
Event Category: General
Event ID: 9646
Date: 20-12-2007
Time: 14:22:49
User: N/A
Computer: EX1
Description:
Mapi session "/o=DOMAIN/ou=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE
GROUP/cn=RECIPIENTS/cn=USERNVN" exceeded the maximum of 32 objects of type
"session".

 For more information, click http://www.microsoft.com/contentredirect.asp.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Restarting Information Store helps - is there another way to do the same
trick?

Thanx in advance!

Regards, Zoran

First thing to do:
If these users are in cache mode, have them uncheck the options to
cache delegate calendars. (Download Shared folders) under the cache
mode settings in Outlook and restart Outlook.
