Re: ex 2k3 smtp outbound connections refused
Have you checked with your ISP to see if they may be blocking SMTP for any
reason? Check your Firewall, very possible its limiting the number of SMTP
connections outbound. You can also turn on Message Tracking to see exactly
where the messages are getting hung.
