SMTP queue shows scheduled
I have exchange 2003 running as part of a SBS 203 setup. Over the past few
weeks we have noticed that outgoing e-mails seem to be stuck in the SMTP
connector queue with status "scheduled". They stay there for some time
(over a day). I have taken to checking the queue and then forcing a
connection to send. They then go out ok.

Has anyone any idea what can be causing this behaviour.

Re: SMTP queue shows scheduled
If they are set to scheduled, have you set any scheduling on the SMTP
connector? this is what 'scheduled' means in Queue Viewer.

Re: SMTP queue shows scheduled
Its the simple things in life that trip one up. Re ran the wizard in SBS
and reset the schedule settings. All ok now. Many thanks for pointing me
in the right direction.
