Changing the IP addresses of the heartbeat for both Nodes   

Dear All,

I need to change the IP address of the heart beat connection on boht 
Exchange nodes. I ahve a 2 node Exchange 2007 cluster. What is the procedure 
and can this be done without any interruption.

What on earth for?
Anyway, add the new addresses, check the pinging by IP and then remove
the old.

Just change IP address direct.
After IP change must restart Cluster service on both node.
You can check it tack a effect by registry key 
HKEY_LM\Cluster\NetworkInterfaces\<GUID>
