moving to exchange 2003 clustering
Currently running exchange 2003 front- end configuration. Considering
moving to clustering as a DR solution (2 nodes active /passive). Since
exchange 2003 is already running. What would be needed to convert to a
cluster enviroment? Any information /documents that would help would be
greatly appreciated.

There isn't really a staggering amount of difference. You have to
implement a brand new set of kit since you can't move from a
standalone to a cluster.
http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Implementing-Two-Node-Cluster-Windows-2003-Enterprise.html
will give you the advice on how to implement the cluster.

Re: moving to exchange 2003 clustering
You can't "convert" an existing standalone server to a clustered one.
Setup the cluster (perhaps using a single node first if you want to utlize
the existing node - the downside is no failovers/testing if you use a
single-node cluster), move mailboxes, replicate PFs.

Once the cluster is created, and I am installing exchange on each node.
Will I use the reinstall option? Can I then restore the IS store?
