CCR ad storage groups bringing online
I set up CCR cluster with one storage group and in tests, when I shut down
owner node failover happens and bringing online takes 10 sec.
Now, i set 14 storage groups more on CCR cluster and after failover bringing
online of all storage groups takes about 4-5 minutes.

Why is that?

Are you running SP1?

How are you failing the cluster over?

Yes, Exchange SP1 on Windows 2008 Enteprise

Just for test...I shutdown active node to simulate crash that node and then
failover ocures, right? that is the purpose of CCR cluster.
Cluster name and IP brings online right away and bringin of storage groups
takes about 5 min.
I don't want to simulate with moving cluster group from one node to another,
I don't need CCR cluster for that.

Because there is more involved when you have multiple storage groups. Each
additional storage group takes more resources to manage and thus takes more
to start-up in the event of a failure. SP1 will reduce the overhead per
storage group, considerably, but it is still significant.
