Hi, I am following the Microsoft example on creating an Exchange cluster but I have run into a problem with Physical Disks. I have a second spare disk which I cannot add to the cluster. When I go to add physical disk nothing shows. What am I doing wrong? Windows 2003 R2 Ent Thanks, Gorge
If this is a shared disk and not local.. Are you doing this over a terminal server session? If you have just rescaned the disk subsystem via Disk Management you will have to log off and then back on again before the disk will show up in Add > Physical Disk in Cluster Administrator. Oliver
You can try the procedure outlined in the following KB to work around this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555312 Regards, John Visit my blog: http://msmvps.com/blogs/jtoner "infused" wrote in message news:OkvtglqOIHA.748@TK2MSFTNGP04.phx.gbl... > Hi, > > I am following the Microsoft example on creating an Exchange cluster but I > have run into a problem with Physical Disks.
