I have two cluster nodes in mode active/pasive of Exchange Server 2003 with SP2. When I try to configure a new account on Outlook 2003 I got the following error: âThe name could not be resolved. The name could not be matched to a name in the address listâ. From workstation I can ping to virtual name of the cluster, to FQDN name and IP address without problems. Addicionally, each time when I try to configure a Outlook account i got the following error at Exchange event viewer: *************** Event Type: Error Event Source: MSExchangeDSAccess Event Category: LDAP Event ID: 2061 Date: 9/25/2007 Time: 10:09:07 AM User: N/A Computer: SSCLUEXCDELL02 Description: Process MAD.EXE (PID=2476).
