MSExchangeDSAccess
I have two cluster nodes in mode active/pasive of Exchange Server 2003 with
SP2. When I try to configure a new account on Outlook 2003 I got the
following error:
“The name could not be resolved. The name could not be matched to a name in
the address list”. From workstation I can ping to virtual name of the
cluster, to FQDN name and IP address without problems.

Addicionally, each time when I try to configure a Outlook account i got the
following error at Exchange event viewer:
***************
Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSExchangeDSAccess
Event Category: LDAP
Event ID: 2061
Date: 9/25/2007
Time: 10:09:07 AM
User: N/A
Computer: SSCLUEXCDELL02
Description:
Process MAD.EXE (PID=2476). An LDAP search call failed - Server=
SSCLUEXCDELL02.DOMAIN.com Error code=80040957. Base DN=,
Filter=(legacyExchangeDN=), Scope=2.
For more information, click http://www.microsoft.com/contentredirect.asp.
For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
***********

I already have set manually DC, GC and the other option on Directory Access
Tab, but I got the same behavior

Thanks and regards
