Need your help!
Hi all,

I have one exchange 2003 active/passive cluster with two nodes. I want to
add another node to become active/active/passive cluster. How do I achieve?
Do I have to make all disks shared on node1 & node2 availabe to node 3?

Thanks a lot!

Re: Need your help!
Correct, and add more disks so that the 3rd node can create an EVS. The rest
of the steps are the same as when you added the second node

Re: Need your help!
Thank you for your quick response.

Is it necessary that we need to upgrade to Windows R2 and we have windows
2003 SP1?

Thanks!

Re: Need your help!
As a best practice yes, though not necessary.

Re: Need your help!
Thank you for your GREAT help!

Another silly question: If I have three nodes, the Quorum disk's possible
owners are three nodes listed? What about other shared disks' possible
owners?

Thank you very much!

Re: Need your help!
Yes, allow all of the servers the ability to run any disk and EVS. You never
know what two servers will the only available ones :)
