I have installed a two node active/passive cluster using Windows Server 2003 SP1. I have 4 LUN's for data and 4 LUN's for logs. After installing the first node of my cluster each drive showed up as individual groups. So I have my cluster group and 9 other groups each holding one physical disk. Is this correct? Im thinking no. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks
That right. You can move the resources into the groups you want them in. -- -------- Hope It Helps! dw _______________________________ Don Wilwol Distributed Application Technologies. dwilwol(DELETE)@datbusiness.com www.AtTheDataCenter.com (personal website) www.skysphere.com (hosting available) "ArkAdmin" wrote in message news:3972319C-DA9F-4E3E-BC30-A00973827A7C@microsoft.com... >I have installed a two node active/passive cluster using Windows Server >2003 > SP1. > I have 4 LUN's for data and 4 LUN's for logs. Just move the disks where you want them and delete the cluster groups that used to contain the disks. -- Russ Kaufmann MVP - Windows Server - Clustering ClusterHelp.com, a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner Web http://www.clusterhelp.com Blog http://msmvps.com/clusterhelp
