Installing SSL cert for OWA
I have installed a new Exchange 2003 two node cluster which is working fine,
but whenever I try to install an SSL certificate for OWA and choose the
'require SSL' option it fails the HTTP virtual server resource. Are there
any special hoops to jump through when using SSL in a cluster?

I am also struggling to get http://mail.company.com to redirect to
https://mail.company.com/exchange. I know how to do this on a standalone
server but again my old tricks do not work in the clustered environment. Any
tips?

As an aside you really don't want to do this. If you want to operate a
cluster you should always stick an FE in front of it to face the
Internet. No point having a resilient system and then waving it in
front of the Internet (yes, I know, you have a firewall. Defence in
depth!)
