Hi All I have a strange occurence with one of my users. When she goes to create a new mail, the size of the new window is very very small. She increases the size of the window and sends her mail. At this point outlook should save her size preference, but when she goes to create a new message it is back to the tiny window size again. I have tried to duplicate the problem on a number of machines with no joy. She is running Outllok 2003 on Windows XP. Server is running Exchange 2003 All other applications in Office and Windows don't have this problem Thoughts?
Here is an old trick that may or may not work. Start a new mail in Outlook. With the compose mail screen open, size it the way she wants it. Then hold down the shift key and double click in the top left corner of the screen. It should close the window. When you reopen, it should remember the size.
