We are running Exchange 2003 and running Outlook Web Access. However, when you try to open any links in any email a new browser window opens with another OWA login screen. If you try to login again you get the following message, "You could not be logged on to Outlook Web Access. Make sure your domain\user name and password are correct, and then try again. How can this be fixed?

It sounds like the exchweb Virtual Directory in IIS Manager no longer has Anonymous Access enabled on it. Hello, Thanks for the information. However, this is only affecting one user in the organization. Any additional ideas? Thank You "Lee Derbyshire [MVP]" wrote: > "Roger Vallee" wrote in message > news:BA544AD9-DA2B-4C93-B76C-EBFCE57D70A9@microsoft.com... > > We are running Exchange 2003 and running Outlook Web Access. That makes a big difference :-) It usually means that the user doesn't have an SMTP address in the same domain as everyone else.
