The Action cannot be performed
Dear All,

I am cross-posting this in a different format with a view of attracting more
gurus and attention :-). I am scratching my head for quite a while now :-(

We run Exchange 2003 Standard on a Windows 2003 Enterprise box (patched).

I have a couple of users who can not make appointments in their own
calendars through OWA. "Action cannot be performed" will pop-up on their
screens when they try to save and close an appoinment. They can delete
appoinments already made (through Outlook2003). I have got these users to
logon to different machines (Windsows XP and Vista ) and have tried both IE
and Firefox without any success.

I first thought it to be an issue to do with their mailboxes going
over the limits and have checked that out.

One thing I jave noticed is they all have mailboxes around 1.8GB. We are
running Exchange 2003 (patched). is there a some srt of mailbox size limit
for OWA access?

Does the fact that we are running E2K3 Standard have any kind of bearing
into this (1.8GB mailboxes)?

Thank you kindly.

Patrick
