Mark,
I can't figure out where you're looking.
When I set a meeting, I just have two tabs: appointement and scheduling.
Under Appointment, I have a drop down list called Place, but it is empty by
default.
However, my Room Meeting user is visible in the Global Address List - since
it is a user with a mailbox attached, though it is deactivated.
