Using Exchange 2003. I'd like to know the best ways to prevent junk email from getting to our users' inboxes. If anyone has any good suggestions or links, I would appreciate any ideas. Currently, I'm going through this article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/821746 to see if it helps. Thanks.
Enable all Exchange Server 2003 SP2 spam filters (Recipient, Sender, Connection, Intelligent Message and Sender ID Filtering). It works fine in our environment.
