How do I change the default free/busy calendar options from Exchan
By default the amount of visible free/busy data for users calendar items are
set to publish only 2 months ...from within Outlook, calendar options,
free/busy options.

How can I change this default to six months without having to go to each
users Outlook interface and manually changing it?

We have about 150 users with two back end 2003 Exchange servers. The clients
are all 2003 Outloook clients with a few 2007 clients.

Much appreciated.

Re: How do I change the default free/busy calendar options from Ex
Thanks. One more sub-question then ....If I was to do this on a domain level,
how much extra calendar free/busy "chatter" will it create (if any) to take
the two month default to say...six months, with 150 users? There are two
sites connected via an IPSec L2L tunnel with an Exchange 2003 server on each
side. Curiouis about the WAN overhead I will be creating.
