Exch 03 Enterprise SP2. There is an account we set up with full mailbox access for all users primarily because we will be doing a partitioning of the mailbox store into five separate stores. We assigned full control in the Security properties within ADSIEdit - Configuration - CN=Configuration..... - CN=Services - CN=Microsoft Exchange to this account. Now for some reason, when I attempt to open a user's mailbox while logged on to a management workstation with this account, I am prompted for userid and password. When I again enter the credentials, I can't get in....the userid/pwd prompt keeps appearing. How can I regain full mailbox access, send as, receive as, etc?
