We have just installed exchange 2007. We seem to be experiencing an issue when our clients use outlook to connect to there mailboxes. Basically unless the user logs into OWA first the Outlook client will not synchronise with the server and download the contents of the mailbox. One they have logged in the everything is fine. I'm suspicious of a permission/ authentication issue but not to sure where to look.
