Customizing OWA
Can anybody point me to some good resources on customizing/extending OWA?
Microsoft has a decent document dating from Exchange 2000, but it doesn't
cover everything, nor am I sure how applicable the information is
currently. That document warns that altering the OWA .js files isn't
supported, then spends the rest of the document showing you how to do it. I
know that updating Exchange Server can wipe out any changes to those
components and force your solution to have to be re-applied. A practical
guide to the ins and outs of modifying these files versus other solutions,
like an ISAPI filter, would be very helpful, as would a discussion of how
extending OWA varies between different versions of Exchange.

Thanks,
