Some users receive Forbidden/Access Denied 403 page in OWA
I have a perplexing problem. I have a server that we are using OWA. Some of
the users are receiving an 403 Forbidden/Access Denied page when logging on
to OWA. I can from multiple different sites access this same account without
receiving the 403 page. My assumption is that it is a mis-configuration at
the client level but not sure where to tell the users to check.

Again, this is not every user, it is only a select few, and with each of
them I can log in from multiple different sites/browser versions without
receiving the error.
