Hi there, We have a user getting this problem. Even though he enables Out-of-Office auto-reply, the senders won't getting any notification from his mailbox for his absence. I have checked his Outlook, but doesn't find any noticeable settings problem. He has a BlackBerry connecting to our corporate BES. His BlackBerry also shows Out-off-office reply is enabled. It also shows enabled from OWA. Other users do not report similar problem. We allow Out-of-Office auto-reply to external senders. Does anyone have similar problem and get a solution? Thanks. Richard Poon
OOF is stored in every user's mailbox as an associated content. Sometime for some unknown reasons these rules get corrupt and then stop responding in the way they should. Hopefully this link can walk you to the correct resolution. http://support.microsoft.com/search/default.aspx?mode=r&query=out+of+office+assistant+will+not+reply&catalog=LCID%3D2057&2057comm=1&spid=global -- Milind Naphade Messaging Administrator "Richard Poon" wrote: > Hi there, > > We have a user getting this problem. Hi Milnd, Thnak you for your information. I searched through the list of KBs from your link, but didn't find any matching one for our issue. The user doesn't have alternate recipient defined in his account. Can you tell me more about the associated content? Is it accessible by MFCMAPI? Thanks Richard "Milind Naphade" wrote: > OOF is stored in every user's mailbox as an associated content.
