Exchange 2003 Windows 2003 Active Directory Outlook 2003 We have a user who quit. I want to disable incoming mail to that user, but I want to leave the user account active in ADS so that others can login under her user account and access her current email in Outlook. I just don't want anything new coming into that mailbox. What is the best way to accomplish that? Thanks, Dan

You can just give the other users permissions on that mailbox and then disable the account; this also has the added benefit you can assign more granular access rights (read only, send as, full access...) and track who is doing what with the mailbox.
