hi all- exchange 2003sp2 on win 2003 wierd issue- one user has outlook configured to store mail in mailbox and it works fine all mail is there. not in pst but in exchane users mailbox. but whe he logs into OWA ther eis no mail there. never saw this before unless user was using pop but he is not. any ideas? tia jon

Even if the user is not using POP when the Outlook profile is configured to deliver new mail to a PST it will be removed from the mailbox.
