Contacts not in GAL
Hi

I'm not sure why one of our users cannot see Contacts in the GAL dropdown.

In the Contacts Properties | Outlook Address Book tab, the "Show this folder
as an e-mail Address Book" checkbox is not checked and greyed out.

What else can I do to fix this ?

Thanks
Steve

Either by policy or more likely because the outlook address book feature is not
installed.

Re: Contacts not in GAL
If by policy, under which branch of policy would that be ?

If feature not installed, where do I go to install it ?

Re: Contacts not in GAL
My own experience was not having the outlook address book as it was removed
during the install using the ORK. I found a few policy setting at the time that
seemed related but do not remember exactly as once I found the address book was
missing I stopped looking at policy settings. There are a whole bunch of them
that you have to add the adm files for to control office.
