read only access to OWA exchange 2007 ?   

hi, is there a way to grant a user a read only access to a mailbox with OWA? 
the mailbox is a journal, where normal users may only read and search. so 
fare i could open a second mailbox over OWA, when the loged in user has full 
access to that maybox
