OWA unread calendar items
I have a user with unread calendar items when using OWA, but none using
Outlook 2003 in the office (mx2003 mail svr). Reading a previous post
(Calendar Empty in OWA), am I right in following these steps to clear the
items:

Export her info to a pst
Delete the mailbox (following kb 318656)
Recreate the mailbox
Copy and paste her info back into the calendar (since we only deleted the
calendar folder, the remaining mailbox info will be there)

I also run a nightly backup, and a mailbox backup, so should be covered there.

Does this sound correct? Any known pitfalls before I get started?

Thanks

Re: OWA unread calendar items
Record the legacyExchangeDN attribute on her user account, and make sure
that when you recreate the mailbox the attribute is the same, or else there
will be replyability problems with old mail.

Re: OWA unread calendar items
Great, Thank you. I will doublecheck that. We only have one domain, one
email server, and use the default First Administrative Group (2003 domain),
so the organization and the admin group should be okay.
