Can it be that some users use the "wrong" public folder and some the correct one and how can I fix that? /Niclas > Outlook gets free-busy data from a system public folder. The first place to start looking is the properties of each mailbox store, and which public folder server mailboxes on that store look to by default. -- Ed Crowley MVP - Exchange "Protecting the world from PSTs and brick backups!"
