Just to be sure, check in OWA. And if you see the items there, reset the
built-in view views back to their defaults by starting Outlook once with the
/cleanviews switch. This will also remove any custom views, note.

And since you've got a larger issue, please post this in
microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs for the most expert help. W2003 SP2 on
SBS 2003 requires some tweaking.

Ya, I have checked OWA, the missing emails is not inside OWA.
Thanks for your immediate help. I have redirect my question to
