Been searching on the net for a solution on this, hope some of you can help. We have Exchange 2003 SP2 and Outlook 2003 SP2 installed. The error I can't find a solution for is: On some users the free/busy information isn't showed when using the Scheduling tab in Outlook calendar (Other users as Attendees) but if I open that users Calendar using Open other user's folder it shows up OK and I can read the Free/Busy info. The user has his/her calendar rights set to Default-Reviewer. This doesn't happend on all users, but it seems to be showing up on newly created users more often than old ones. Is there anyone that has a solution for this? Is it a known bug with a hotfix?
Outlook gets free-busy data from a system public folder. Is it possible that your users are looking to different public folder servers with free-busy data, and maybe replication isn't working properly? -- Ed Crowley MVP - Exchange "Protecting the world from PSTs and brick backups!"
