This is the only information I have. As I said with Office 2003 we have the
same problem.
Is the only solution to reinstall office??

If the data is important, it belongs on your server(s). If it isn't
important enough to keep there, it probably iisn't important enough to keep.

As I suggested, you should turn off autoarchive. Don't use it. If your
company needs to archive old data, get server-side products (GFI, Quest,
Symantec, etc) instead. Or, set up mailbox manager policies that will delete
messages older than X days/weeks/months from the folders you wish.
