I have a client using IE 7 on an XP (fully patched) PC. He cannot use the clip board in the message SEND body. The PASTE is grayed out. He can access the clipboard in the to: cc: areas. Also, (related??), he cannot choose the sending message body format. The pull down menu (listing "Plain Text" and "HTML") is set to HTML and is also grayed out even though the OWA sending options are set to SEND in "plain text" format. I have had him reset IE settings back to default, and clear all addons etc.. No change. Can anyone please offer some suggestions??? thanks in advance!
