Hi Jan
You might want to see this;
In regedit navigate to;
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS
\VirusScan> Enabled = 0 (Default is 1)
After you make the above change try a sync.
I might be being overconfident here, but I think you have Sopho's AV!
