Inbox will not update in Cached Mode
Outlook 2003 on Exchange Server 2003. I have one user out of 40 that cannot
use Exchanged Cached Mode. If this is not checked then they get tons of Spam
but their e-mail does work. If i check it then they get no email and in fact
all of thier existing email in their inbox is gone. It comes back when ECM is
unchecked. What I have done:
-Went through the instructions on deleting the outlook profile and created a
new one...several times.
-Uninstalled Outlook 2003 and re-installed
-Uninstalled Active Sync
-made sure there is no filter view on
-switched back and forth between ECM being checked and not checked, which
created new OST files each time
-ran the scanpst on the ost.
They also have a duplicate "Mailbox" that i cannot get rid of.
The Inbox e-mails do show up in OWA not matter how it is set.

Weird?
