Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise
Hi, I have one user that have currentky 605MB of emails and the server is
prompting him that he reached the maximum capacity. I have like 5 or 6 other
users that has a bigger mail storage and when i'm looking in the storage
limit there is no storage limit so he should be able to have more than
605MB...

Did someone experienced the same problem?

Thanks for your help!!

Where are you looking? There is a limit on the store which is the
"default" and there are limits on the individual user accounts that
can be set which override whatever is on the store.

Cheers.

RE: Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise
I fixed the problem by restarting the MTA services anyway.

Thanks

What are the default quotas set on the mail store in which this user's
mailbox resides, and what are the user's own quota settings in ADUC?

PS: Everyone ought to have quotas, even if they're different for
users/stores based on job role, etc.
