OWA Outbox has messages already sent   

Exchange 2007 server
latest Outlook (incl SP1)
IE7 latest updates

There are messages in OWA's Outbox that have been sent already.
These messages are not in the outbox in Outlook.

I can delete these messages manually in OWA.

How can I prevent this from happening OR what causes it?

I have the same issue. Using latest Exchange 2K7 SP1, BES.
