One Master Calendar
Hi There,

I see this question often asked by see very little information on how to do
it.

The problem:

I have a firm whos users are away from the office all day. They use Windows
Mobile phones. One person at their office is constantly adding dates and
jobs to their calendars. However, the people out on the road really need to
see everyones calendars. This is not possible (I think).

What I want to do is have one master calendar that they call all sync to
which would allow everyone to see everyones apointments.

Is this possible to do?

Thanks,
Hayden

Not on WM, no. If they had Outlook on laptops, yes.

Nothing native will do this. You could check out www.diditbetter.com to see
whether Add2Exchange will work for you....it would sync data from a public
calendar folder to mailbox calendars. I don't know of anything else,
unfortunately.
