Question regarding calendar
We just moved to Exchange 2007 and we are using Outlook 2007, so I kind
of new to this environment. I have a question about the behavior of
calendar items. Here's the scenario:

1. User A sends an invite/appoint to User B.

2. User C is delegated Editor access to User B's celandar and receives
email notices about appointments on User B's calendar.

3. User C deletes the email notifying before accepting/declining the
meeting invite.

4. Result: the calendar item disappears from User B's calendar.

Is this the expected behavior?

The problem is when User B had multiple delegated access to Users D, E,
F and etc and those users don't want to see the email notifications
when other users are actively User B's calendar.

Thanks.

Yea, deleting the meeting without accepting or declining does just
that

You can users access to the calendar without forwarding the appts.
Turn that off under Tools/OPtions/Delegates.
