We just moved to Exchange 2007 and we are using Outlook 2007, so I kind of new to this environment. I have a question about the behavior of calendar items. Here's the scenario: 1. User A sends an invite/appoint to User B. 2. User C is delegated Editor access to User B's celandar and receives email notices about appointments on User B's calendar. 3. User C deletes the email notifying before accepting/declining the meeting invite. 4. Result: the calendar item disappears from User B's calendar. Is this the expected behavior? The problem is when User B had multiple delegated access to Users D, E, F and etc and those users don't want to see the email notifications when other users are actively User B's calendar. Thanks. --

Yea, deleting the meeting without accepting or declining does just that > > >The problem is when User B had multiple delegated access to Users D, E, >F and etc and those users don't want to see the email notifications >when other users are actively User B's calendar. You can users access to the calendar without forwarding the appts. Turn that off under Tools/OPtions/Delegates. > >Thanks. >
