I don't think you mean "domain name" - I think you mean "domain" (as in, AD
domain). That's going to be a lot of extra work - unless there is some major
problem with your existing AD structure, I can't see why you'd bother. The
basics: just set up a new DC in the domain, set up Exchange (*not* on a DC,
if you can avoid it) into the same admin group as your existing E2k box, and
move your mailboxes & rehome public folders. Then once everything is
working, you can follow the proper steps to remove the old server from the
domain.
If you're bent on creating an entirely new domain, then you might want to
look into exmerge - but it won't help you with your user objects, just their
mailboxes (and won't work if the mailboxes are 2GB or larger).

Re: migration tools
thanks for your answer :) ,
they want to change the domain name and add ".dz" in the end, the thing that
u can't do with windows serveur 2000, so they want that we change everything
to 2003, it mean that we will change the DC to 2003 server, and exchange to
:( , i know it will not be easy, is there eny easy way to do it ?
kind regards
