free/busy data not showing on a mailbox   

I have a conference room set up as a resource, and it is not publishing 
free/busy data to the server.  I set up 5 resource mailboxes at the same 
time and this is the only one that is not working.  Any help ideas is 
appreciated.

Server: Windows 2003 Standard R2 SP1 running Exchange 2003 SP2
Clients: Outlook 2003 SP3

Send it a test appt.
and if that doesnt work, logon to it with the /cleanfreebusy switch
