exchange message delay
i have 2 users who say emails coming from some people take hours to show up
in there inbox but others who are apart of the same email get them right
away. the exchange server is 2003 sp2 running on a server 2003 r2 with latest
sp.

Any ideas on what could be causing such a delay to only a few users?

Thank you

Joe

Start by looking up these messages in Message Tracking to see what it says
for the delivery time. This delay could be due to cached mode on the client,
too, or a firewall that's blocking the UDP packets on the Exchange server,
etc.
