Webmail acces with another user
Hallo,

Is it possible that another can acces webmail my account and that he or she
only can read and not remove items. We can give rights to another that can
look in my webmail but he/she can remove items. Is it possible that he/she
only can read the items in the webmail

Thanks for the response

OWA can only use the permissions that you gave the user in Outlook. If you
gave write permissions, then that is what you will get in OWA.

Thank you Lee for your quick reaction.

What I mean is it possible that another user can only look not delete/change
items in webmail. I can also delete and add items in my own mailbox and in
the webmail the usual thing. What settings should I make. We have a windows
2000 Domain with a Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2003 server running with
webmail.

Thanks for the response

Use Outlook to view at the properties of the folder that has been shared
with the other user. Look at the permissions tab, and give them a role that
can only read items in the folder.
