What I mean is it possible that another user can only look not delete/change items in webmail. I can also delete and add items in my own mailbox and in the webmail the usual thing. What settings should I make. We have a windows 2000 Domain with a Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2003 server running with webmail. Thanks for the response

Look at the permissions tab, and give them a role that can only read items in the folder. Lee.
